This place is a low rise condo apartment. The location is in the middle of Makati, Manila and Quezon City which makes it accessible if you will not move during rush hours. It will just grow in you once you stayed in the area because you will realized all your needs are just an arms length. Overall I am happy to own a studio unit in this not so glamorous location but still giving me a good night sleep.

A high density condominium complex with the typical amenities (multi-purpose hall, swimming pool, parking). The main loop is a bit narrow but fits most average-sized vehicles for pick-up and drop off. The residential units are spacious but the windows only allows a view of the other buildings unless you are lucky to stay in an outward-facing unit.

This is a residential condominium cluster with several buildings and shared facilities. Parking is tight and access to the main gate is also tight coming from Tejeron. There's a pool in the middle of the compound. Each building is named after a river such as Amazon. There are security guards as you come in through the main gate who will ask for ID and who you're visiting if you're not a homeowner. Facility wise, this place is not bad considering the price of the units.

I think the condo units are spaced enough and right for its price. They also have a pool for adults and kids as well. 2 mini playgrounds are available for the kids. I think one major problem here is parking space for the visitors. They only allow the vehicle to park for 15mins.
